Integration Through Vocational Training – IdA
Provide direction. Strengthen skills. Shape transitions.
Settling into life in Germany means more than finding a job or vocational training. It is also about taking greater control of your own life, understanding your rights and opportunities, gaining confidence in everyday life, and participating in society.
For people with a refugee background, this journey often comes with many questions: What career opportunities are right for me? What qualifications do I need? How do vocational training and the job market work? What support is available with language, dealing with authorities, everyday life, or personal challenges? And what are the right next steps for me now?
Integration Through Vocational Training – IdA supports people with a refugee background in the Rhine-Main region as they build a professional and social future in Germany. The program helps participants identify their strengths, explore suitable career opportunities, prepare for vocational training, employment, further qualifications or other educational pathways, and gain greater confidence in everyday life in Germany.
The aim is to develop a sustainable personal and professional perspective: a path that fits each person’s skills, circumstances, and individual situation while strengthening social participation, independence, and long-term integration.
