Arrive. Understand. Move Forward.

Would you like to advance professionally in Germany, but don’t yet know exactly which path suits you? Are you looking to start vocational training, find a job, gain qualifications, or pursue further education, but still need guidance, preparation, or support along the way?

You may need additional support with applications, language skills, computer skills, dealing with public authorities, or questions about residence status and work permits.
Integration through Training – IdA supports people with a refugee background in the Rhine-Main region as they establish themselves in Germany and take the next steps towards vocational training, employment, education or further qualification.

Together, we look at:

What skills and experience do you already have?
What would you like to achieve?
What opportunities are available in Germany?
What are the realistic next steps?

IdA helps you better understand your career options, recognize your strengths, and develop a path that suits your future.

How can IdA support you?

IdA can support you if you want to move forward professionally but are not yet sure which path is realistic for you in Germany.

The project can also support you if you want to start vocational training, find employment, gain qualifications, pursue further education, or take another educational pathway and still need guidance, preparation, or support along the way.

For example, we can support you with job applications, interviews, and finding suitable positions. IdA can also support you if you would like to improve your German language skills, IT skills, or professional knowledge.

You can also discuss questions relating to public authorities, residence status, work permits, recognition of qualifications, or other important concerns. Personal, family-related, or psychosocial issues can also be addressed. Personal, family-related, or psychosocial challenges can also be addressed if they are affecting your everyday life, stability, or professional path.

More Than Just Quick Placement

IdA is not just about finding a job or vocational training as quickly as possible. What matters is finding a pathway that is right for you — one that matches your skills, personal circumstances, situation and goals.

That’s why we take the time to provide guidance, advice, and ongoing support. Together, we develop a perspective that can provide a sustainable foundation for your future.

Multilingual Support

Counselling and support are language-sensitive and, where possible, available in multiple languages. The aim is to ensure that you understand important information and can make informed decisions about your next steps. Available languages include German, English, Farsi/Dari, Pashto, Turkish and Arabic.
