Tailored Pathways – Women into Employment and Training – PFiA
Find Your Direction. Recognise Your Strengths. Build Your Future.
Developing a career pathway can be an important step for women towards greater independence, security and participation in society. At the same time, career decisions are often connected to many other considerations: language skills, educational background, family responsibilities, childcare, residence-related matters, recognition of qualifications, personal challenges and individual aspirations for the future.
Passgenau – Women into Employment and Training supports women with refugee backgrounds in the Rhine-Main region in gaining a realistic understanding of their career opportunities in Germany, recognising and showcasing their strengths, and identifying the right next steps towards employment, vocational training, education or further qualification.
The goal is to help each woman build a sustainable personal and professional future — a pathway that matches her skills, circumstances, goals and individual situation and provides a solid foundation for the long term.
